Recently, Government Of India launched a all services agree gating portal called National Government Services Portal (NGSP). Faster way to find government services in India. This portal displays all services available from central government and all state governments at one place. There are 13352 services displayed in all at present. This portal also consist of links to apply for service at respective parent website. This portal is only aggregator of all services in India.
Website have powerful search engine with advanced searching options through which citizens can find their desirous one from all. Search bar shown above. Website also categorized services to ease to locate desired one. Available categories shown in image below:
This is the good initiative from government of India. Citizen can avail these services by familiarizing with them. Many of the services is not known by citizens. By searching at this website, citizens know about these services. Newly launched services can be published at these portal ” In Focus” flash area to get maximum coverage and publicity. Site is designed and developed by National Informatics Center. Single window access to multiple website results in transparency and efficiency of services.
