‘E-PEEK PAHANI’ Time Table By Revenue Maharashtra

‘E-PEEK PAHANI’ a project by Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra has stated its operation from 15 August, 2021 through mobile application. Now farmer is able to register his/her crop to Revenue Department’s proforma called ‘7/12’ in every crop season though his/her mobile. As we know proforma-7/12 is important land record document valid for rural area in Maharashtra. It has two parts, part one is ‘7’ which contains land ownership distribution in that particular survey number and part two is ’12’ which contains list of crops & area under cultivation in particular season in that survey number. In new system Part ’12’ is full filled through this ‘E-PEEK PAHANI’ data.

Newly developed app is very useful to farmers. It gives more accurate data about crops cultivated by farmers in state in that season. Application is developed by Tata Trust for Revenue Department. Farmer has to download App through play store. Taking ability of illiterate farmers in to consideration, department has given facility to register up to 20 farmers crop data through one mobile device.

For ‘E-PEEK PAHANI’ purpose department has issued guidelines about timetable for every season. For three crop season three periods has been decided. Farmer has to register his/her crop in that stipulated period every year every season. This schedule is as follows:

Last date can be extended maximum up to 15 Days according to conditions. After last date, 15 days time period is allocated to Talathi to approve and full fill rest of crop data. This E-PEEK PAHANI data registered by farmer is forwarded to and approved by respective Talathi of that village. After that it is shown on ‘7/12’ record. This completes E-PEEK PAHANI. This whole process is very easy and has to adopted by farmers in the state.
