UPI 123PAY For Financial Inclusion

National Payment Corporation Of India (NPCI) recently launched UPI 123PAY payment system for maximum coverage of financial inclusion goal. This UPI 123PAY facility is for feature phones without Internet as well as smartphones. Considering 40% of feature phones in India, NPCI designed this payment system that works in absence of Internet. This UPI 123PAY transactions are based on four alternative technologies which are IVR based, Missed Call based, OEM based and sound based.

The basic requirement of this UPI 123PAY system is you should have a mobile number linked to your bank account and same SIM should in your phone. Users first has to set UPI PIN using their ATM card details and then would able to transact after that.
