One of the premier Indian cartoon channel Cartoon Network (CN) has started a new show “Ekans -Ek Se Badhkar Snake” from 27 June, 2021. As the title line implies, ‘Ekans’ is the story of 13 year old home grown first Indian superhero with snake powers who have gifted by god of snakes to him. Story is based in metro where the superhero takes on the bad villain with help of his snake powers. The show aired on Cartoon Network in Hindi language.
Cartoon Network owner Warner Media brought this original Indian series from the folks of mythology. This tech savvy & street smart boy ‘Ekans’ will rock the minds of Indian kids due to his heart of gold and fearless attitude to over cum challenges. Youngsters will obtain good sensory perception from this story which will make them able to camouflage and provide flexibility & strength to keep humanity safe.
The title song of the show is the collaborative efforts of Bollywood artist Poet Gulzar, Singer Kailash Kher, Rapper Parry G and Music Composer Simaab Sen. ‘Ekans’ is produced by Hi Tech Animation studio at Kolkata.
Cartoon Network (CN) aim to create 200 hours of fresh content in Financial Year 2022-23. This will include new episodes of ‘Ekans’. Currently show is off the air and will come back at new timing with new content.
