Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme (WBCIS) for fruits orchids has been started. This time AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF INDIA (AIC) has been awarded a contract for Osmanabad district to implement this government scheme in this district. This time six fruit crops has been listed for acceptance of insurance in district. The details of premium, sum insured and last date to apply are as follows:
WBCIS RABI 2021
Farmers are requested to take insurance cover for their fruit orchids as early as possible to avoid last hour rush. Please contact nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Bank branch to apply. Tech savvy farmers can apply by their own through following link.
