Ayushman Bharat: Make Your Health ID Card Online

Governments ambitious health mission called Ayushman Bharat. Under this National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) program  has been launched. In NDHM first step has been taken to make health ID Cards for every citizen. This health ID cards can be obtained online.

NDHM Health ID card can be made online though Aadhar authentication process or without Aadhar also. By validating your Aadhar details citizen can obtain Health ID card with unique health ID called PHR ID (Personal Health Record). Citizen have choice to get desired PHR. A unique health number is also alloted.

Primary purpose of this ID card is avail Ayushman Bharat health Services in present and future. With this ID card health record is made of every registered citizen. At present this voluntary process. Citizen has choice to go for it or not. This card has following listed features:
